Middle cottage is one of my favorites and the ideal place for your family or group. The 4 large bedrooms all have high ceilings and great character. There is an undercover outdoor entertainment area and second toilet that leads onto your own separate yard. Your cottage will sleep up to seven people in the two queen bedrooms, one twin room and one single bedrooms.
Catering for your family or group is facilitated by the fully equip kitchen, combined lounge dining room, combined laundry/ bathroom.
There is a BBQ, available on request, to use in your private outdoor entertaining area. All in the CBD of Bathurst and walking distance to the shopping center and historical parts of Bathurst. This cottage is within walking distance
to the Bathurst R.S.L club or Bathurst Panthers Rugby Leagues Club or
even most of the local resturants.
We recently had a man contact us who had been researching his family history. Middle Cottage was where his family lived in the late 1800's.
